Drew's Awards to Xena Site

This is the part of my site having to do with the awards I give to other sites. Usually I surf the web and if I see a site I like so much that I think it deserves an award, I give it one!
That does is not the only way I do it, I look for cetain points, such as:
1. Having to do with Xena
2. Has lots of graphics, sounds, and information.
3. Has links, sometimes webrings.
4. Design, such as format and backgrounds as well as quick loading, or if it takes long to load, is it useful.
